FULL DAY EVENTS
Our full day rentals come with:

16-hour access to our indoor spaces and full outdoor grounds on the day of your event

Access to 2 separate lounges (Bridal Lounge & Groom Garage)

Choice of indoor/outdoor ceremony & reception locations

2-hour access to the property for a private photoshoot

3-hour access to the property for Rehearsal Dinner or event set up on the day before the event

FULL DAY EVENTS
The Evergreen Estate has 9 acres of beautiful views and can accommodate up to 100 guests. Full Day Pricing is based on 50+ person events.

At Evergreen, we welcome events of ALL kinds! Evergreen is perfect for birthday parties, retirement celebrations, baby showers, corporate events, art galleries, masterminds, fitness classes, workshops and more.

Hourly rentals are for a minimum of 6 hours and include a mandatory 1 hour setup & 1 hour clean up time.
